Pixel Protection
Pixel Protection was created as part of the Portland Indie Game Squad's 2024 Summer Slow Jam: Resource Management.
In this straightforward tower defense game, you must manage your limited px (cash) well to ensure your pixels (life) stay safe and secure.
Along the way, you might encounter a few other scarce resources: The 16-color palette, solitary map, and permanent (but limited) tower selection will inevitably result in a very busy screen.
We hope you enjoy the never-ending waves!
(If playing on a phone, switch to landscape mode for the best experience.)

Classis tower defence mechanic well implemented. Also congrats to the Artist for successfully finishing their first jam.
The laser turrets are pretty OP when positioned in the right spots. They just wipe everything :-D
Thank you for playing our game, Humane Tiger! In our next build, we’ll have to build in some Death Star-esque weaknesses to those lasers. :)
Thanks very much, Humane Tiger. Iotran did the art.
